Background

This Japanese insurance company, based in the city of London. Recently relocated, the new office accommodation exceeded 10,000 sq ft and the client was specific about their requirements. The project entailed a complete renovation and fit out.

The Challenge

The client required a modern professional fit out that complimented their subtle Japanese branding, but at the same time didn’t appear too opulent or pretentious. Sufficient meeting space was essential and the boardroom needed to have excellent AV solutions. Another key concern for the insurance company was hard data storage and avoiding clutter and boxes of files in the main office area by making sure the correct amount of storage was factored in to the final project.

Our Solution

The reception space features smart, dark woods which are replicated throughout the meeting suites. Striking contrast is achieved where dark wood doors and furniture are coupled with stark white wall and desk storage solutions, giving a classic and cohesive feel, enhanced by the natural light.

Meeting rooms were given a uniform look that ties in with the main office floor. The boardroom was fitted with an AV wall and the technology integrated into the table. Sophisticated storage planning enabled us to ensure that the main open plan office area featured adequate storage. In addition, mobile secure storage was installed behind the office space to allow crucial documents to be stored securely.
