Knight Frank

Brief

The client Knight Frank, a leading global property consultant were looking to redesign all three floors of their head office space in London. The need was to provide additional accommodation for 70 staff and the refurbishment of their front of house facility providing a contemporary and improved visitor experience fully supported by the latest technology.

Solution

The Frem Group worked with Arcademy architecture and design as the appointed architects to complete 10 new client meeting rooms, an 84 seat presentation/auditorium style room which could also be used for large business functions. 2 executive dining rooms with the flexibility to be opened into one large dining room for larger gatherings or board meetings, and a Utouch presentation room and a smaller intimate room with state of the art presentation facilities to support high end residential sales.Frem Group was pleased to have provided all of the desking, operator chairs, storage wall and board room tables for the client. The project was a challenging experience as all the works were completed whilst maintaining a live office environment, which through careful planning was achieved with little disruption to the business.
