Workshop Assistant

We currently have a vacancy for a Workshop Assistant.

Your duties will include:

* General cleaning and tidying around the machines and the workshop assembly area.

* Toilets and kitchen cleaning and maintenance.

* General site maintenance and tidying of the outside gardens and car park.

* Waste processing duties.

* Receiving deliveries and checking them against delivery notes.

* Assisting the production staff in their furniture making duties.

* Assisting our spray shop.

* Dependant upon skill level the role could also include vehicle loading and forklift driving, together with some basic machine maintenance and occasional off-site furniture installations.

Schedule:

* 8 hour shift.

* Monday to Friday.

The ideal applicant will be flexible, well presented and be polite in a customer facing environment. Preferably (but not essential) hold a current CSCS card and clean driving licence.
