We are delighted to announce that Frem Group have acquired the assets and goodwill of GMFL (formerly Graymarsh Firth), a manufacturer of MFC products, education furniture, teacher walls, library shelving, staging and storage.
The business will continue to operate from its factory in Rotherham with its loyal workforce transferred immediately to the new business.
This is Frem Group’s sixth production site in the UK (plus one in the US) and adds to our wide range of manufacturing disciplines - veneer, laminate and MFC production, steel fabrication and upholstery.
Quality and reliability, which is the underlying principle of Frem Group’s production facilities, will be instilled into the new operation. We will be making immediate investment in new machinery, increasing the size and skill base of the workforce and gaining key accreditations such as ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001.
